Drinking Coffee May Help to Ward Off a Stroke

The new study released Monday for the March 3rd issue of Circulation: Journal of the American Heart Association, shows women who regularly drank at least four cups of coffee a day, reduced their risk of stroke by 20 percent, compared to those women who drank less than a cup monthly.

If women drank from five to seven cups of coffee weekly, they reduced their risk of stroke by 19 percent. Those women who drank from two to three cups of coffee daily reduced their risk of stroke by 10 percent. "Many people have been very concerned that coffee might actually be a risk factor for stroke, that it might, in fact, increase the risk of stroke," according to Rob M. van Dam, the study's co-author, and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health, in Boston. "But here we saw that it might end up being beneficial rather than detrimental."

This morning I was at a friend's house and she asked me if I would like a cup of coffee. She had a Gevalia one cup coffee brewer into which she put in a Folger's pod of French Vanilla coffee. (She also had French Vanilla flavored creamer).

You would think this cup of coffee would taste good being French vanilla coffee and French vanilla creamer, at least I thought so.... It was terrible!

I want to see if this stuff here is what you say it is. I only use French vanilla creamer, so lets see what u got. Please send to address i put on form and I will come back and comment, thats a promise.

Well, I received your free sample and tried it. Like I said, I would return and comment.

You guys have a winner! You are spot on when you say it is neutral blended. That was the best hazel nut coffee I ever tasted. If that was not enough..I had the misses try it and she drinks only black
coffee but she too thought the hazel nut taste was great. I am ordering and can not believe the price! Thanks!
