Coffee Reduces Risk of Depression in Women



A woman’s daily dose of coffee may do more than just keep her perky and awake - it may just make it less likely they'll fall into depression.
According to a study of over 50,000 females, a women who drank two or more cups of coffee every day was less likely to be diagnosed with depression over a 10-year span.

Women who drank two to three cups of coffee were 15 percent less likely to be treated for depression, while those who drank four or more had a 20 percent lower risk.
